It started with a son who wanted to give his parents a better life. Twenty years later, he’s transformed over 20,000 lives
Trained directly under Thomas J. Leonard — the father of modern coaching — Kelvin Lim has worked with over 20,000 people across Asia and beyond. He holds a Singapore Book of Records for coaching 522 people consecutively, has co-authored three books, and produced Leap – the World’s First Award-winning coaching film.
Two decades in, his work hasn’t softened into inspiration. It’s sharpened into methodology.

In 2023, Kelvin was honoured in Bali with the Sri Chinmoy Oneness Home Peace Run Torch Bearer Award — a global peace movement that has travelled to over 150 nations since 1987, and whose torch has been held by figures including Pope Francis, President Nelson Mandela, President Mikhail Gorbachev, and Mother Teresa. To receive this recognition is to be counted among those whose work embodies the belief that personal transformation and world peace are the same pursuit.
Through the UN Culture Project, Kelvin sponsored War Against War — a film for the UN’s 64th Anniversary Concert in New York, alongside filmmaker Steven Fisher, Allan Buckman of Blueprint for Accountability, and UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon. His involvement reflected a conviction that personal transformation and global peace are not separate pursuits.
Two decades in the making. Four distinct expressions of a life’s work.
